The reform of this small single-family cabin located in the town of Das, in Cerdanya (Girona), has meant the expansion of all the spaces to get more light and more comfort.
The owners – a young couple with three small children – wanted to get rid of the original distribution, which was very compartmentalized and with rooms that were too small, to gain space.
Pia Capdevila has made the reform adapting it to the current needs of its owners who asked for a second home that was comfortable, functional and, above all, that it be easily collected.
Pia Capdevila chose to completely reform it to adapt it to the tastes and comfort that its owners were looking for in each of the floors and spaces. “It is an ideal little house that, despite its small dimensions, we have managed to create comfortable and welcoming spaces that reflect the decoration and typical materials of the area” says Pia.
